AMBI TECH BD (“we”) is a software development company based in Dublin, Ireland. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Questions about this policy: contact@ambitechbd.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send an enquiry we store your name, email address, and — if you provide them — company and phone number, together with your project type, budget range and message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a potential project with you.
Security data. With each enquiry we store your IP address and browser user agent, and we keep short-lived rate-limit records keyed to your IP address. This protects the form and the admin area against spam and abuse.
Analytics (only with your consent). If you click “Accept analytics”, we load Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and which buttons are used (for example, clicks on “Start a Conversation”). It sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*). Advertising features are disabled, and we never send your name, email, phone number or message to Google. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
Legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- Security data: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
- Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies
Visitors get no cookies unless they accept analytics. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage. Staff who sign in to our admin area receive a strictly necessary session cookie.

Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is processed on servers operated by our hosting provider and, only if you accept analytics, by Google. These providers may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any business relationship that follows. Rate-limit records expire automatically. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email contact@ambitechbd.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
